What does LCD mean when talking about Compounding in the Pharmacy World? What is LCD?

I'm seeing for compounding it says 5% LCD or LCD alone or with Salicyclic Acid in a non-medicated base

I need to know what LCD means. Please help!

If you do a search on Medscape.com for "LCD" you get 2 hits for lit ref either one of which will describe the Coal Tar used.
