Serious answer to a "silly" question:  Since Margaret Thatcher is suffering from the latter stages of Parkinson's, she probably suffers from a lack of vitamin B, constipation, and perhaps has difficulty swallowing.  By this time, she is probably on a soft diet that compensates for these problems.

Perhaps bran muffins, soft-boiled eggs, orange juice, and coffee?
