What does NA and T% mean? ?

Can someone tell me what NA and T% stand for in relation to food specifications? The units are w/v% and %(ref) respectively.

ie NA = 0.54 +/- 0.10 w/v% and T% = 75% (ref.)

If it helps we are talking about liquids here. I've also noticed that thicker liquids have a higher NA. Does it relate to density?

  1. NA usually stand for Not Available or Not Applicable,

    Na is sodium

    T% might refer to thickness as percentage of a standard (ie water)
