Aside from an image of Alfred Nobel, the flip side image represents a group of three men forming a fraternal bond (the fraternity of nations). Yes they are naked, in a classical Greek sense. No, it is not inappropriate; it's just art.  The medal was designed by Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland.

Are you concerned about the figures engraved on the reverse side of this medal, which is, after all, "for the peace and brotherhood of men"? The image is of three men, embracing as brothers would, and seems to me an appropriate representation of the brotherhood of men. I cannot imagine that anyone would find it offensive.
