What does OPC 32.5/42.5/42.5 , mean? This is for portland cement. But what does all of it mean?

I see this for buying cement. But I have no idea what the OPC stands for, not the numbers. I want to learn more about cement and cement mix.

OPC is the abbreviation for Ordinary Portland Cement which is the standard cement.

The figures refer to the strength of cement. Specifically the 28 day strength in MPa. i.e 42.5 is stronger than 32.5
