What does Oath Ceremony Descheduled by USCIS mean?

After my interview the officer gave me a letter saying i have to appear for the Oath Ceremony on July 2. Yesterday i got a letter saying that due to unforseen event they cancelled the ceremony, and i will be updated about the case. How long will it take for me to get any new informaton. Will it take a long time for me to get the naturalization certificate? Help please!!Any info will be greatly appreciated.
