  1. and the Oriental is pretty self explanatory...the Peninsular refers to the Spanish/Portuguese's Iberian peninsular, which is where they ran their first ships, from England to Cadiz and Lisbon...


  2. Did you know that the word POSH derived from p and o, supposedly. The wealthy people years ago sailing from a particular port ( cant remember which one !) chose a cabin which had the sun leaving port, and when returning. Port Out, Starboard Home......
