I absolutely love soda. I drink one for dinner evey night and if i am home for lunch (on non-school days) i drink one then too. At work i am constantly sipping Pepsi. What will this do to me in the long shot? Will it cause digestive, bladder, nervous, etc. problems? Is there anyway i can still drink soda but eliminate any of the problems?

  1. Empties my pockets and causes my eyes to go funny. Must be the sugar...Not caffeine. Coffee don't do that to me.

  2. No.  The only long-term affects are obesity and then diabetes.  People really don't need that much sugar on a regular/daily basis.

  3. You'll become addicted to the caffeine, if you aren't already .... plus the sugar....and carbonation, which isn't good for your digestive system.  You shouldn't drink more than 2 carbonated drinks per day, and less is better

  4. im drinking it right now mmmmmm......
