  1. This is more of a philosophy, religion, or legal question than a physics question, and a lot depends on your perspective.

    For example, two witnesses, A and B, observe a car leave the scene of a hit and run. The car is painted red on the left side, and blue on the right side, and the witnesses are on opposite sides of the street. Witness A tells the police the car was red, while B says it was blue. Who is right? They both are, relative to their point of view.

    Here's a cool video about simultaneity and Special Relativity showing how at very high speeds, two observers will not agree as to whether or not two events occur at the same time:
