What does SB mean.. I hear people using it like "cool"?

I'm not sure. I suspect it is something like "smiling back," a gesture or act that can be either sympathetic or ironic and is therefore useful in many situations.

i have no idea what SB means........sorry  but are you sure they are saying SB?  they could be saying BS?  I don't know

what kind of people using it like "cool" sounds kinda lame to me. dont be too consumed with what these people say. sound like douchebags to me
