  1.  This all seems wrong to me. My tyre size seems to be 165/SR 15 where the SR obviously relates to the width(?) measurement and not to the speed rating which on these is 86Q and I doubt it would still refer to Steel Radial as that is obvious. I ordered these as new snow tyres for admittedly an old car online as my garage couldn't get them but at no point did I specify the width, the SR seemed to signify this... but what does it mean??????
