They are a talent agency. They take on peeps with talent, like bands, impersonators, etc.

If they find you a gig, you pay them a booking fee or percentage of the amount you are paid.

Looks like they "specialize" in a certain kind of "talent"

Isn't Talents West the company that sets up girls at the Seattle strip clubs?  The association with the owners of Rick's, the strip club in Lake City...
