Is he as outspoken a critic of the new rules as some of the other players?

Don't know what he'd say about Mickelson et al using old Pings from 20 years ago, but when the rule change was announced last year Woods had no problem with it, saying "I think it's great. We've had plenty of time to make our adjustments. We've known for over a couple years now what this decision was going to be, when it was going to come down, and we've had plenty of time to make our adjustments."
