An MBA from an accredited, esteemed University?

Someone with a Master's in Business Administration, preferably from a highly-regarded school and/or a really good GPA.

It means they want you to have done your MBA from one of the better ranked MBA programs, and to have done well in the MBA itself.

But as for which MBA programs qualify, that depends on who is asking. Some employers specifically say this to mean top 10, or top 25, or top 50. It really varies by employer.
