True Happiness to me is when I look around and smile, no stress, no anger. Just a sense of knowing everything is going to be ok.

There is not such thing as True Happiness, only Happiness and UN-Happiness. Therefore happiness only means something when you are unhappy so true happiness means nothing…….

Feeling good inside and having lovely happy thoughts and never looking miserable, and not having awful feelings, when i am happy i always smile and laugh a great deal.and sometimes sing a tune to myself.

The only time I'm happy is when those around me are. If I can make them happy, that's all I really need in life. The one person who means the most to me is naturally my wife.  We've had a rather rocky relationship over the years. There have been plenty of times when she tells me how unhappy she is. Not necessarily just because of me, but she's had troubles at work and health issues too. I think all of it together kinda brings her down sometimes. I live for the days when I hear her say how happy I've made her. I hear it more frequently now than in days past, but still not nearly enough.

Happiness comes out of the realisation of your potentials and when you had been of some help to others and recognised your role in their happiness, that is happiness.
