Thanks, I heard the conversion is around 16.5-17 seconds, just trying to get some clarification

  1. 4:25 . you should add 15-20 seconds .


  2. I would say approximately a 4:20-4:30

    they're only a 100m apart on a track, so factoring in the fact that you'll probably be sprinting that, it should come to about that much.

  4. If you're a boy, then it is 16 seconds. If you're a girl than probably 18 seconds.
