  4. A draw means a tie. Noone wins or loses. It's not only for chess.

  5. The other name for a draw in chess is "stalemate".  It occurs when neither player is in a position to defeat the other, and as someone has already said, occurs when only kings are remaining on the board.  I am not sure if there are other pieces that can be in a stalemate.
