What does a T-3 Turbo do?

Question

I have a 92 Dodge Stealth I have the T-3 Turbo with it just not installed. If I do install this what will it do to my car exactly?

from what i understand, a turbo of any sort injects more air into your engine. this is the whistling sound you hear when a diesel truck gasses up. it makes it so when you hit the gas and put more fuel into the engine, there is an appropriate amount of air to achieve maximum combustibility in the pistons. it basically and more air to add more power...

Any turbo (or even supercharger) stuff more air into the engine, making in work like bigger engine.  So you get more power.

Also the possibility of the engine blowing itself up.

therotically you should supply more air to the cylinders which will allow you to supply more fuel and  hereby improving your horse power and preformence
