i've heard it refer to two different things, neither of which may pertain to your question, but i'll throw them out there.

1. viagra - it's called the blue diamond because of its shape.

2. s*x between two men - named after the blue diamond group or society or some such thing.

neither of these really have much to do with the average bachelor parties, although it is the current rage in the hardcore party crowd to take a viagra when going out for the night so the person can have s*x all night long or with multiple partners.

I googled "blue diamond bachelor party" and there were tons of hits for Blue Diamond Limo Co, in places all over the country.  Maybe that's what it means?

I also looked up blue diamond bachelor and only saw limos or party buses... I also tried sapphire diamond to see if that changed anything but nope only limos

We have a strip club by that name where I live.Maybe they where just refering to the name.
