  2. Yelling, playing a car stereo at ear drum breaking levels... usually a noise complaint.  Can also apply for a protester if they're not blocking traffic but still causing a disturbance by their presence in a certain area.  

  3. Like if you were out on the street shouting your head off, causing a distubance and so on
