What does a dream mean when you are almost raped then chased?

I had a dream that i was babysitting a baby mabie 6 months old. The mother was a friend (i never met) and we were at a gathering then in an apartment. The mother left and i was there with the baby then the father came in with lizards in his hand trying to sleep with me at first then turned to trying to rape me. clawing at me and chasing me around the apartment. I yell no to him and tell him i have been with my bf for 7 yrs and there is no way im sleeping with him. outside of the apartment i see my oldest and tell him to run and get the baby he is only 8. the man is chasing me out side, not my son, and i can see his face the whole time. Dont know him. its weird because it was ok at first then turns scarry. then i wake up. what does that mean?

Are you afraid you might be violated, I have had the same dream only I was in the rain rumming from a car but I knew what the wanted. You might feel an edge in your relationship where you need some space or it might be that you have felt some deep feelings for another man. Think on the dream yourself. It will come.
