What does a gunshot wound look like?

To the people that've been shot, just wondering what does a gunshot wound look like? Is it just like a hole or something?

If a person is grazed by a bullet, they will have a red stripe on their skin. A bullet hole is a rough puncture wound. An exit wound may be much larger.
