What does a healed lip piercing look like when the ring/stud is taken out?

want to get a ring pierced in the bottom corner lip,just want to know in case a future college/employer frowns upon piercings, will it leave a dent/hole etc, take into consideration it will be well taken care of and allowed a healing time of 3 to 4 months, thanks in advance for help

or, could I also have peoples opinions of this piercing, do you think it will look like im a 17 yr old wannabe part of some emo scene?

im tall,tanned, with long platinum blonde hair, blue eyes, very girly looking,no tatoos or other piercings

hmm.yess..i'mm emo..and yess.blondeess don't look right in them
