What does a little green alien head with a arrow beside it on the road mean?

There is a road in polk county Georgia that is off on hwy 278 and right before you go over the railroad there is alittle green alien head printed on the road with a arrow beside it. I see it all the time and i have asked everyone i know and no one knows what it is..???

it means SLOW DOWN theres aliens in the area
