  1. Your signature - that is why when you applied for passport it had to be signed within the box, they scan and put on microchip on passport.

  2. There was a programme on last night ..about the readable passport  .. it was about some fire at the Governments Nosey Passport reading centre .. and the new Europe information  sharing system - Schengen Information System  - seemingly its knackered due to a fire and it wont be up and running again till 2011.  so you can relax for a couple of years.. Seemingly your passport can hold this type of info -

    Family name

    First name

Possible objective and permanent physical characteristics

First letter of the second first name

    Date of birth

    Birthplace

    s*x

    Nationality

Any aliases they may be using

If the person in question was armed

If the person in question was violent

    Reason for the alert

    Action to be taken

    Lost, stolen or misappropriated firearms

Lost, stolen or misappropriated identity documents

Lost, stolen or misappropriated blank identity documents

Lost, stolen or misappropriated motor vehicles

    Lost, stolen or misappropriated banknotes

  3. The MRP holds no data.  It consists of some fairly obvious constituants (name, dob, ppt no etc).

Do you refer to the digital ppts with the chip?  Again, no info other than than on the document.

  4. it reads the information that is visible on the passport.

just to check that the passport as not been alterted it doe not contain any more information re criminal records etc

pink thong why do reply with such rubbish information

  5. Just you name an a number piture an dob an what country you are from

  6. I don't know what is holds now, it's what it will hold in the future we have to watch.
