What does a normal myspace look like?

Question

All my friends have myspace, so I'm making one, but they personalize theirs and make it really cool, and I can do that, but I don't really know what it should look like, should I do this, or that, and blah, blah, blah, is there like any specific way to make your myspace "cool" or "normal" or what? And is it better to make your own layout or get premade ones?
