What does a normal ovary look like?

Question

Do normal ovaries have black circles in them? Like when you have an ultrasound should they have black circles in them or should they be a solid black circle?

I have been to numerous doctors for abdominal/ pelvic pain and have been in pain for 3 + months. They have no idea what is wrong. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on what it could be?
