What does a painted blue curb signify? How about a painted green curb?

I know what a red curb, white curb, and yellow curb means, but blue and green ones confuse me...

  1. In Spain a blue kerb indicates that parking is permitted but payment is required.


  2. Red Curbs: Are fire zones. No vehicle may stop, stand, or park in a red zone, whether the vehicle is attended, or unattended.

    Yellow Curbs: Are loading and unloading zones. The are designed for the loading and unloading of passengers or freight for the time specified by local ordinance.

    Green Curbs: Indicate time limit parking specified by local ordinance.

    Blue Curbs: Indicate parking exclusively for disabled persons. You must have a valid disabled persons placard to use these spaces.

  3. I think blue means handicap curb-side parking. I don't know about green.
