It's in the wrong category, but never mind, here's my perfect dinner:-

A dozen oysters on the half shell and a tureen of turtle soup. As entrees I'll have the filet of English sole followed by pheasant under glass, plus an a la carte order of asparagus tips. For dessert, they may just bring the cart.

Golly...Im not a good cook but I know what I like...soemthing chickeny for the main thing....a starter which is light and tasty like shrimp... and a chocolatey pudding. A lot of nice salad and roasted vegetables!
