  1. Assist elderly and handicapped people with carrying and loading purchases into cars.


  2. No, not just elderly & handicapped, but everybody. They must load the groceries in the cart, take them out to the persons vehicle, and load them into the persons vehicle. They also can not accept tips. That is what they are being paid for and part of their job description. So even do the bagging duties, after the cashier has rung up the purchases.

  3. They are supposed to carry or cart the bagged groceries to your vehicle and place them in there
