What does a red I in front of a sent text message instead of a checkmark mean?

  1. Subie goodness is right, it is incomplete.  try to send it again, or it could mean that the person doesnt recieve texts, or that they blocked recieving messages from you.  if you have verison, you can go to the "icon glossary" under "phone info" in "settings and tools".  hope this helps


  2. It usually means Incomplete, resend the message. (if it was a message that you sent)

    If it is on one you received than I honestly have no clue i've never seen it on a received message.

  3. DON'T OPEN IT IT HAS A VIRUS OR IS CORRUPT!!!!!!
