What does a typical Venezuelan meal look like?

When I mean typical, I mean like in here, we usually have a little bit of carbs with some veg. and meat and a drink and usually dessert. How does it work in Venezuela? Please respond ASAP.

  1. A typical Venezuelan meal is a protein (beef, chicken or fish) with at least two carbs, the most common are rice and plantain. But we also mix arepa (corn bread) and manioc. We usually have a soda or a glass of fresh fruit juice like papaya, mango, etc. We don't eat too many salads but the most popular is lettuce, tomato and onions with a vinaigrette.

    We like to have a cup of hot strong Venezuelan coffee after each meal. Sometimes we have desserts like: flans, homemade cakes, fruits, etc.
