  1. well dude, i play same position were i live in ireland, k u no the basics site speed and agility, try to learn how to read the game, your running up the touch line and the full back is running straight at you, do i ? kick , pass or take the ball to the ground, ull now yourself what to do by the score line, id say practise alot on kicking to touch, google in ronan o gara the kicker for ireland, your worst enemy is your confidence, dont think of your self, think of the team, and dont loose the ball haha l8er man

  2. A winger should be able to tackle - especially on the run.  Should be able to rip (especially one-on-one).  Remember, because of speed and agility a winger (a good one) usually is catching the opposition backs.

  3. you need to be able to kick reasonably well, have a good positional sense and be a good tackler, aswell as strong. but the four most important attributes for a winger are pace, acceleration, agility and quick feet. you also need to have safe hands for kicks down your channel

  4. U need tonnes of pace and also strength, otherwise you'll just get pushed out.
