  1. That means what are you good at or what you are able to do.

    For Example my abilities are:

    Math

    Sports

    Science

    Child Care


  2. If you are applying for a nursery interview, you may want to pick five strengths tailored to your individual interview. Like, if I was interviewing to be a construction engineer, I would say I have good woodworking skills, etc, so you should probably stick with stuff like: Large Motor, Blocks, Reading, Science/Art/Math/Writing, Sense of Humor, and other things you are good at doing with children.
