I have the Gauge Factor equation and a gripper arm

and need to find the absolute resistance for each strain gauge but not sure what it means.

  1. It is the resistance measured across the terminals of the strain gauge while it is in an unstrained state (although even in a strained state the absolute resistance will be very close to the nominal value).

Resistances such as 120 Ohms and 350 Ohms are common for strain gauges.
