  1. hmmmm, how can you manipulate without information?

    A better definition would be "Using Information to influence the buying decisions of customers"  Does that = Manipulation?  sure thing.

    Is that bad?  No.

    You manipulate people all the time by presenting your ideas, opinions, and thoughts.  It's part of life.


  2. Manipulation.  The more you hear and see something the more it stays in your mind.  That's why we get drenched with all this marketing and advertisement.  

    It's informative in the fact that it tells you what's available.  But it makes you think you need it which makes it manipulative.

  4. If the product is something that is useful and you did not know about it than its information. If its a lousy product with great advertising - manipulation.

    Either has nothing to do with calling you at dinner - thats just rude either way

  5. I think is a kind of manipulation and i'm saying this because i'm studying marketing and i know that is a kind of manipulation because things are presented in order to influence the consumer: colours, music,forms,images this are all tipes of manipulation .
