Very very broad question.

Need lots of ideas. (Even the ever popular obvious)

  1. Agriculture allows a human population to grow too large, and when agriculture fails, it lets them starve. It tends to reduce the number of different species and even variants of species of plants and animals that get to enjoy life on earth.

Agriculture tends to expose land to erosion, by wind and rain. This allows millennia of soil development to be lost into the seas, from which it may ultimately arise again in millions of years.

(We call that the long term deposit soil bank.

  2. Agriculture feeds the world's humans.

You want a negative comment about that

  3. Positive for people: provides food, fuel (like E-85), jobs, medicine, tree farms would provide wood for paper, heat, electricity, etc.

Positive for animals: food (hay), medicine, easy lifestyle. etc.

  4. duh, you know most of the world's internal combustion engines are used in some aspect of the world's agribusiness es , and u know who used most of the worlds best agriproducts?? yep, the evil ole USA, SO IF IT WERE NOT FOR  American AGRICULTURE, we would not be paying 5$/gallon for deisel.. Hey this is GLOBAL WARMING  i'm harping about, quit laughing. Our god, Ghiaia, has a fever and we need to stop our evil ways .. stop eating , now, and especially stop farting, and what do you think the products of breathing are other than GREENHOUSE GASSES??ok, people, we all have to quit breathing right now,,, good bye
