What does air quality mean? and what does it do?

well i am doing and rescrach for my workk. AIR QUALITY. and i jus wanted to know other people anwers and what they think it means and so on and so forth.

It a term used to help describe the amounts of pollutants in the air and to advise those who may have to work outside. Poor air quality can contribute to health problems in at risk populations.
