What does an Signals Intelligence Analyst do?

How needed are they in Iraq and Afganistan? (chances of being deplyed and from how long) Do they experience much combat? If so, how much should I be looking forward too?

  1. They sweep and mops floors. Mow and rake the grass/sand. They're on duty for 24 hours. Set up tents. They do everything that's NOT in the job description. And hey, if you do it the right way, you might get promoted. Just like everybody else.
