What does an X3 face tattoo mean?

yesterday I met a pretty tough looking guy with a tattoo on his forehead that said X3..I asked him but he said its nothing...but what do you people think it means?

It is related to a gang called The Sureños . It stands for the number 13        ( roman numeral X and a 3) Generally they are Mexican or Mexican Americans from Southern California

Oh and BTW...don't expect anybody with tattoos on their forehead to give you an answer to what it means...if you don't know then you probably don't need to know.
