  1. The bounty Hunter is why she was picked up, he was trying to get the people who posted her bond to rescind it and that backfired so they had to have new charges in order to do it as she was not breaking any of the conditions of her release.  They will do any thing they can to try to get a confession out of her.  If she was a druggie she would have cracked so stands to reason that just maybe she is not the one lying...maybe she doesn't know where her daughter is and that just maybe the vacant house was not vacant at the time of her daughters disappearance...There are a lot of vacant houses out there and it would not be hard to live in one even without electric and gas even running water is something that squatters would do.  I think it all too reminiscent in the Jon Bone case who was the suspect???? the mother right! and what happened to that theory?? that is right blown out of the water unfortunately she was cleared only after her death.  Now they are saying there was evidence of someone else in the home..Hmm how strange is that...What about the pregnant marine that accused another marine of rape, her own mother called her a liar and where did they find her body?  At the rapists house both her and her unborn child dead buried and burned...So the police are not always on the right track.  The sad part is while they are spending so much time on the moms' the real culprits are getting further away.

  2. An economic violation is a criminal offense usually involving theft of money or item(s) under a certain monetary value. She is being charged with stealing checks and money from her friend, and a separate charge has been added to include actually filling out and cashing/depositing the checks.

Her attorney, accompanied by Cindy Anthony, claims that this is a tactic to pressure Casey Anthony in regards to her missing/deceased daughter. Since these most recent of charges are of a separate nature, it was a bit odd to have the lead detectives from the neglect case picking her up.

I suspect that this was done to convince Casey to accept the partial immunity deal by Tuesday morning, which is the deadline. In most cases the additional charges would have been added after she denied the partial immunity, but apparently these detectives are using a different tactic.

Keep in mind that, technically speaking, these new charges are unrelated to the disappearanc/death of Caylee....for now anyway. Therefore, she would have been picked up on these charges at some point, but the timing is odd. Normally, when someone is released on bond and new charges are presented, that person is escorted to the authorities by there attorney. I think the prosecutor is getting tired of Casey and Jose Baez disregarding the disappearance of Caylee and focusing solely on Casey's defense.

*EDIT* couldn't help but to respond to the poster below me.

In each case you mentioned, there was evidence to suggest that someone other than the accused was at fault. Even in the Jon Benet case, there was a multitude of evidence suggesting an intruder. In this case, every single piece of evidence points directly towards Casey Anthony. I would be more than willing to change my point of view if each of the following could be answered in a sane, rational manner.

    1) The investigators noted that neither Casey, nor her car was seen on the video recording of either entrance to the apartments where she claimed to have dropped Caylee off. This statement can be found in the interview done in the conference room at Universal Studios. Casey said that she drove to the apartments and dropped her daughter off with the "nanny" at the stair case leading up to the apartment. Why is she not on the video footage?

    2) Is it possible that Casey could have dropped Caylee off at the "nanny's" apartment for nearly two years, but was unable to identify which apartment this was? Regardless of how distressed you may be, would you forget which apartment you have been going to for this long? Surely you will say yes to help you with your theory, but I suspect very few would forget something like this?

    3) Why did Casey's car trunk smell like a dead body, as has been suggested by Cindy Anthony, George Anthony, no less than three investigators, and two cadaver dogs? Are they all wrong? Is the DNA evidence wrong? Is the report from the "Body Farm" wrong? Is it possible that all evidence and personal accounts are wrong? Was that smell really an old pizza? If so, than why can't anybody recreate that smell with an old pizza?

    4) Why all of the lies? If your daughter were missing, would you do anything and everything in your power to find her, including telling the truth? If not, why? If Casey fears for her daughter's safety, shouldn't that concern be ammended now that this has become national news? Surely the kidnapper(s) would know that this has become an enormous story. Keep in mind that Casey admitted to several lies during her interview at the Universal Studio's conference room. Her admission to lying is on audio tape, and the transcript is available in the 431 pages of documents.

    5) What about the whoring around at the night clubs after Caylee was allegedly kidnapped? Is this the way to find your daughter? Maybe lying, drinking, and acting like a tramp will help somehow? I'm sure you have an excuse for this one too, but there is no excuse for all of the aforementioned when your daughter is missing.

  3. i think what they are charging her with is check fraud. do you know what the lawyer said when he held that conference? i totally missed it!!!

    god bless caylee....
