What does an old phone jack that could be found in a Brownstone look like? ?

I am doing research for a set. I need to know what a phone jack from the 30's-50's would look like. The set is the interior of a Brownstone.

They are larger, square and hard plasticky, and have four prongs spaced in a square, about an inch apart.  I think they still sell adapters for these, so you can get a very exact "reproduction" at Radio Shack.
