What does annoted instructor's edition mean?

i'm going to purchase a book but thats what it says. it's for my college class. "The book is Intermediate Algebra, Eighth Edition, by Gustafson & Frisk. It is a annotated instructor's edition hardcover book. It has a picture of a dome interior [Havana] on the front cover." should i purchase it?

An AIE means that the book is exactly the same as the student's book, except that it has all the answers for the problems in the books [most books just have the answers for the odd in the back, but this has even AND odd]. The annoted part means that it has side notes on the margins. Which is helpful especially if your teacher gives tests out of the book. If I were you, I would buy it.
