  1. Anthropological just means of or related to anthropology.  On the matter of anthropological space: it requires context.  Most commonly, I'd say it refers to the paradigms of anthropology.  In such case, it might appear in a sentence claiming a theorist or ethnographer created new anthropological space by pointing out a new direction to approach an old issue or a totally new issue to explore.  It this sense, it is conceptual or imaginative space created within anthropology.  It might also mean that anthropology is being used to consider concepts of space in various cultures.  This is usually liked to studies of time as well.  Do either of those sound like the context you are considering?
