Buy select DVDs and you get something extra free: an iTunes Digital Copy. Just pop the DVD into your computer and the iTunes version transfers to your iTunes library, ready to watch or sync to your iPod, iPhone, or Apple TV.

  3. Basically on some select DVD's there is 2 copies of the film. The first one is your normal DVD. This can be played in any DVD player and computer. The second copy is the iTunes version. This is a version of the film that has been converted to work with your iPod/iPhone and when placed into your DVD drive on your mac or PC will be added to your library so you can play it wherever

    I hope this helps

  4. Legally, you can't take a movie dvd and download it to your iPod.  It's copywrite protected.  They'll give you permission to download it to your iPod, free!
