The calculations for astrology were all done from Earth. On other planets, these calculations would have to be completely redone. Also, the significances of other planets and stars would have to be completely re-determined for this new world.

I have seen recalculations for Mars. They're actually fairly interested. Mars is the god of war and "male" energies, and Earth had to be completely re-figured, since it's a female along with Venus. Since nobody's living on Mars, the calculations were dropped, but you can begin to see the issues.

I should note that I find astrology fascinating, but I consider the current use of it incorrect.
