The first time you use it you'll probably puke, but you won't mind at all. You might get a weird prickly shock-like feeling up your spine. Then you just feel numbed out, no pain physical or mental. You may be sortof half awake or even pass out. After a few hours you'll slowly feel normal again.

The problem is that you want to do it again. If you get high a few times in a row, you'll feel bad before you feel normal again. If you stay high for a few days, you'll feel very bad before you feel normal. If you take more dope when you feel bad you'll immediately feel better. If you keep doing this for a week or so when you stop using the drug you will get quite remarkably sick, puking bile and being cold and itchy and unable to sleep and every minute will feel like an hour. The longer you take it the more you will need to not feel sick. The more you use the sicker you'll feel when you don't get it. Unless you have an infinite free supply of unadulterated dope you will become broke from paying for it (and have to resort to whatever means necessary to pay for the stuff) and/or very sick from the impurities.

So sure it feels pretty good but you're getting into a severely risky place by trying the stuff. Beware!
