  1. it means life.

  2. Which Arabic dialect did you hear this from?

In Levantine Arabic, bayik means "your dad."

In the Gulf it means "I'm coming to you"

    Either way its not offensive.

  3. it means you father or dad , i am sure

  4. It means 'your father'...when speaking to. or addressing, a female.

'Bayuk' would be used when addressing a male.

It does not mean life...'Hayat' means life.

*edit: no, it's not offensive...but honestly, in any language, depending on the tone someone takes with another and how one uses it in context, anyone came make anything innocent offensive...it sounds to me that you might be thinking of likening it to when someone says in english, 'your mama'.

But this word is not an offensive word.
