What does bode ski on?

does anybody know what bode miller skis on? like the company. and if you knew the current model he was using for GS and SL that would be great 8)

The skiis are special constructed, custom built by hand crafting at Head ski company.  As with most world class racers, the skiis are built for each racer and the cosmetics are the same as the public will get at a retail store. The top ski racers have very special requirements for their equipment which the general public can not use to the full potential of the ski. World class racers use a stronger and torsionally stiffer ski than is generally available to the public. The bindings have a DIN of 25 instead of 15, much higher setting than  most will use.  All of the top racers are much stronger in the legs than a recreational skier or any of the resident professionals at your ski area.  Much the same as a high school football player compared to an NFL player.

race stock skis aren't the same ones you buy at the store but the exact same ski can be ordered from the rep

one of my girls got her 1st world cup podiums on the same race stock racetigers I use

when I was a young racer we were sponsored by fischer and got the supercomps before anyone else and then the rc4's before they hit the general market. they were stiffer then the models that hit the shelves but other than the way they were tuned we all used the same skis whether we were just trying to make the national team or if we were heading to the olympics
