What does boiled egg white contain?

I boil egg and give it to my 14 months baby. She eats only white part of it.She leaves egg yolk. How good is boiled egg white? I mean does it contain proteins calcim etc?

  3. actually, what a human wants from egg is consolidated in the white part....i mean, protien , calcium etc...Egg's york contains nothing.so dont get worried abt it.
